The pain is unbelievable! but starting to feel the 'no pain no gain' thing of it...but it still hurts and I want a massage pronto. The workout was 9 stations of all upper body and stomach exercises with weights. We'll have the same workout for the next 2 weeks and then it changes. The tricep exercises so kick my ass and I can barely do them. And I'm not too fond of medicine balls anymore...not that I ever was.

Jill- I joined a group and it's extremely organized...to the point that if you don't follow their diet and their regimen, you get kicked out. It's what I need because I thrive on structure.

I'm off to eat my egg white burrito. Will chase with a few advils.
